Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
